  • Warranty period

  • All our products come with a 2-year warranty
  • You can extend your espresso machine warranty.
  • We recommend that you keep your espresso machine forever in warranty by purchasing 2-year extensions.
  • The warranty is transferred to the current owner of the machine if you sell it.
  • If you damage your machine, the repair is not covered under warranty.
  • This offer is available to all owners, including second-hand, refurbished, and out-of-warranty machines.

    Under warranty:

  • Product support begins with email, chat, and Youtube videos. If you still can't resolve the issue, we'll arrange a personal video call with an engineer.
  • We offer live video, email, and phone help in English, Chinese, Arabic, Korean and French.
  • We also offer email-only support in Japanese, Hebrew, German, Italian and Spanish.
  • If you buy a warranty extension, it will automatically start at the end of your current warranty period. There will be no gaps in warranty coverage.
  • If your machine needs to be repaired:
  • If you can fix the problem, we'll send you parts for free.
  • If you can't fix the problem, we will send you a shipping label to get the machine to us. We'll fix it and send it back to you.
  • Our warranty covers parts and labor.
  • We pay for shipping and taxes from these locations:
  • If your machine is not in one of these countries, or if it's no longer in the same country where it was originally sold, you'll have to pay for shipping and taxes.
  • In cases of damage caused by misuse or neglect of the machine, the repair will not be covered under warranty, and we reserve the right to cancel the warranty and refund your current warranty payment.
  • Our warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law.

  • Not under warranty:

  • If your machine needs a repair that you can do yourself and it's not under warranty, we'll sell you the parts and advise you on how to make the repair.
  • If you need us to do the repair, you will need to pay for a non-warranty repair, which costs: USD$600
  • This flat fee includes all parts, labor, and shipping to/from from the locations we support. Despite treaties to the contrary, your country might charge you tax on the repair itself, which is your responsibility to pay.
  • You cannot use a new warranty until any current problems with your machine have been resolved.
  • If your machine wasn't under warranty, and then you purchase a warranty, you cannot request a repair under warranty for 60 days after purchasing the new policy.
  • A machine considered 'stolen' is not covered by our warranty.
