Vejk Sling
A blended Scotch sling with chamomile-infused bianco vermouth, lemon juice, simple syrup, and orange bitters, topped with club soda. It is lightly tart, sweet, and moderately strong at about 13% ABV.

Shake all the ingredients (except the club soda) with ice, then strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top with club soda. Garnish with the lemon twist and serve with a straw.
