Sling of Aphrodite
A rhum agricole sling with pear brandy, apple juice, a little lemon juice, and cinnamon syrup. It is sweet and moderately strong at about 14% ABV.

Shake all the ingredients with ice, then strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with the apple fan and serve with a straw.
