A stirred tequila cocktail with muddled cucumber, jalapeño-infused tequila, Cocchi Americano, dry vermouth, and pale cream sherry. It is off-dry and fairly strong at about 21% ABV.

In a mixing glass, muddle the cucumber wheels. Add the remaining ingredients and stir over ice, then strain into a coupe. Garnish with the cucumber ribbon on a cocktail pick.
